Shipping & Delivery

All of our economy packages come with insurance so that in the event that an order is lost or it is damaged, we can resolve the matter with our shipping provider for you. In the event of an unfortunate event were to happen, please contact me so that we can initiate the proper steps with the shipping provider.

Sales & Refunds

All sales are final. In the event that an order was not fulfilled correctly, please contact me at glowxarts@gmail.com. If an order arrived damaged or is lost, please refer to our shipping and delivery section.
